Charged Memories (“the App”) is designed to help users capture spontaneous and everyday moments through photography. Privacy is a core part of the App’s design, and the App is built to minimize data collection and avoid unnecessary sharing of personal information.

Information We Collect

Charged Memories does not collect, transmit, sell, or store your personal data on external servers.

All photos and related information created within the App are stored locally on your device only. The App does not maintain cloud storage, user accounts, or external databases containing your content.

The App may store the following information locally on your device:

• Photos you choose to capture within the App

• Optional location tags associated with photos, if you grant location access

• App preferences and organizational data necessary for the App to function

This information is never shared with the developer or third parties by the App.

Camera Access

Charged Memories requests access to your device camera solely so you can capture photos within the App.

Photos are only taken when initiated by the user. The App does not automatically capture photos in the background or without the user’s awareness and consent.

Location Access

Charged Memories may request access to your device location so that photos can optionally be tagged with where they were taken.

Location access is entirely optional. If granted, location information is:

• Stored locally on your device only

• Used solely for organizing and displaying memories within the App

• Never uploaded, transmitted, sold, or shared by the App

You may disable location permissions at any time through your device settings.

Photo and Data Storage

All content created within Charged Memories remains on your device unless you independently choose to export, share, or back up that content using your own device tools or third-party services.

Because the App does not maintain external backups:

• You are responsible for managing and backing up your own content

• Deleting the App or clearing its data may permanently remove stored photos and information

Analytics and Tracking

Charged Memories does not use third-party advertising trackers.

The App is designed to function without collecting behavioral profiles, advertising identifiers, or personal analytics data.

Third-Party Services

Charged Memories operates using features provided by Apple and the iOS operating system. Your use of Apple devices and services is subject to Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.

Children’s Privacy

Charged Memories is a simple photography and journaling application and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any users.

Because all photos, optional location information, and related data remain stored locally on-device, the App does not transmit user data to external servers or third parties.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
